Refund

We want our works to find the people who need them, and only those. If an instrument does not serve you, we will return your coin.

Window

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, for any reason, provided you cease use of the work.

Eligibility

• The license must not have been registered to more than two (2) devices.
• The work must be uninstalled and your local copies destroyed.
• Refunds are made through the same channel by which you paid.

How to request

Write to refunds@iohva.example with your order reference. We respond within three (3) business days. Funds are typically returned within seven (7) business days thereafter, depending on your bank.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before the instrument ships. Once an installer has been issued to you, the standard fourteen-day window applies.

Sale items

Items purchased during an announced sale are eligible for refund under the same terms.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different work in our catalogue, we will arrange an exchange in lieu of a refund.
